Every JIA Steamer is unique as each one is individually hand made by skilled craftsmen using a variety of natural materials. The Steamer only uses natural materials which do not interfere with freshness or taste of the ingredients. 

The steamer basket replaces the traditional bamboo base with terracotta. This natural material has efficient liquid absorbing characterising, meaning that it can absorb any excess moisture generated during steaming, ensure that the food is perfectly moist.

It can be used on open flame gas stoves, electric ceramic stoves and also in the oven.
